TERMS OF DELIVERY

The products have a full 14-day right for exchange and return. The right of return is valid only if the product is in its original condition and is sellable with its packaging and accessories. The customer register of the online store is confidential, and we undertake not to pass on the information to third parties for commercial purposes.

A binding sales agreement enters into force once the order has been processed. Order confirmation is delivered between users. We reserve the right to change prices, such as order and delivery terms on a per-order basis.

Ordering Method

We offer the change of ordering products 24 hours a day. You can also order products by sending an email to jukka@innotools.fi.

Shipping Method

Currently orders over 100 EUR are shipped without delivery fees via Posti Economy package to Finland, or to a SmartPost parcel machine in Finland. For other countries, the shipping fees are added according to the delivery fee shown at the Checkout phase.

Delivery time

Delivery in Finland usually takes place within 3 working days of receiving the order. For other countries the typical delivery time is between 3-7 days. If the product is immediately available from stock, we will contact customers to arrange a new delivery time.

Payment with bank buttons

The Klarna payment intermediation service forwards your payment to the merchant. Klarna is a secure payment method service maintained by Klarna Bank AB (company code 556737-0431).

Payments by Credit Cards

You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. Card payment is done securely with an SSL-secured payment form. Neither the online store nor Klarna has access to card information and payment card information is not stored in our systems. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which are used to verify the cardholder's identity.

The online store uses Klarna's payment intermediation service for card payments. The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction. Klarna appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant.
